The equivalency file will permit you to organize county-level data according to the commuting zones and/or labor market areas. The key variable is the county FIPS code. This latest version of an equivalency file is named CZLMA903.EQV. It is an ASCII file that supercedes the CZLMA902.EQV file distributed previously. The commuting zone and labor market area delineations have not changed. However, the newer file contains additional information about the areas, including their classification in 1980.
