Groupx Class Descriptions

GroupX Eras Tour

Be in your fitness era with the GroupX Eras Tour! Take a 15-minute class of 9 of our different GroupX class formats. Each class will have a different color beads to add to your friendship bracelet. Come cycle, dance, pulse, squat, and sing along to your favorite Taylor Swift eras! Classes will be held on October 24th from 7pm - 10 pm. No registration is required, just show up!

Paddleboard Yoga

Join us for bi-weekly BOGA classes in the outdoor shallow pool. Classes will be held at the Outdoor Pool on August 28, September 11, September 25, October 9, and October 23. There will be 2 45-minute sessions from 6 pm - 8 pm. No registration is required!

Friday Flow

Join as at Kirby Smith Hall for a Friday morning flow. Mats will be provided, but brining your own is encouraged. Light refreshments will be provided. Classes will be held on September 6, October 11, and November 8 from 7am – 8am. No registration is required.

Spanish Language Cycle

Start and end Hispanic Heritage Month with a cycle class taught in Spanish. Classes will be held on September 16 and October 21 in the Cycle Studio from 6 pm - 6:45 pm. No registration is required, just show up!

Get Movin'

UREC GroupX classes are lead by a trained instructor who creates an engaging, inclusive, and fun environment in a group setting. GroupX is free to all UREC members, and you just need to show up and sign up in the class. Then all you need to do is get movin' with the community and recharge your soul.

Outdoor Fitness

Outdoor Fitness Classes include Full Body Focus and eXterior Fitness

Yoga

Mind/Body classes include yoga, guided meditation, Pilates, and Barre

ZUMBA
